Automatic Flatbed Die Cutting Machine with Stripping, BL-1650S
The automatic flatbed die-cutter with stripping is designed for die cutting of litho-laminated, flexo-printed, and water-based preprinted corrugated board. The automatic die-cutter can be used for producing cardboard with thicknesses of 1-9mm.
The die-cutter adopts cam indexing mechanism, thus optimizing overall operating stroke and ensuring stable and smooth operation.
Two sheet delivery methods are available: batch stacking and high-pile delivery. The appropriate delivery method can be recommended based on the product and downstream process.
The automatic flatbed die-cutter can be applied for shipping cartons, premium food gift boxes, alcoholic-beverage packaging, color-printed e-commerce corrugated cartons, water-based preprinted cartons, and litho-laminated corrugated boxes.
The automatic flatbed die-cutter integrates die-cutting, creasing and stripping, and effectively handles essential processes of corrugated box converting.

The integrated lead-edge feeding mechanism features high suction power and precise anti-slip feeding.
The supporting plate features anti-scratch protection design and can be connected to the feeder for in-line production.
Side guides support individual and synchronized positioning; the front guide supports multi-angle micro adjustments, which lessen the pressure on sheets and promote smooth feeding.
The height of supporting plate can be adjusted according to sheet material and thickness.
The high-precision die-cutting platen incorporates worm-gear crank mechanism and toggle-linkage mechanism, achieving reduced main machine power consumption by 16%.
The die-cutter is equipped with safety guard doors and pneumatic chase lock mechanism. The handwheel wedge mechanism supports micro pressure adjustment and digital display.
The original-design wide-angle, high-torque box-type cam indexing mechanism ensures smooth operation for gripper bars and prevents sheet separation. The overload torque protection is added.
The cutting die is secured with T-nuts and screws and is mounted using central positioning system, ensuring precise and quick mounting.
Fixed central stripping board, with dynamic upper stripping frame, simplified structure and strong instant impact power, ensures high-efficiency stripping.
The central positioning and locking system with quick-lock die mounting mechanism enables fast die changeover. The downstream stripping unit effectively removes paper waste, which is automatically ejected via conveyor.
The stripping unit features increased frame stroke, optimized motion, and ensures efficient stripping process.
Two delivery modes are available: batch stacking and high-pile delivery, which can be selected based on downstream processes.
