Q: What is the warranty?

AThe machines have one year (12 months) warranty. Defective spare parts will be replaced for free of charge (excluding consumable parts and man-made damage),sent by courier.

Q: Is technician installation at site available?

ALargely affected by COVID-19, technician dispatching is very difficult for now. For normal cases, we will provide installation videos, operation videos and online support for customers to set up machines to production. For those completed projects, we can discuss for technician dispatching based on actual situation.

Q: How long does it take to get service when machine gets problem? And how long for getting required spare parts?

ACustomers will get response within 24 hours while after-sale service is required, and non-customized spare parts will be ready within 3 days.

Q:I don’t have experience on machines,how to get solutions?

AWith sample products and budget provided, we will help to recommend suitable machines and come up with complete solutions.

Q: Will I still get technical support after warranty period? Can I get help if I buy WITY machines from other sources, or bought as second-handed?

AWe offer life long technical support, as long as the machine is under WITY, we will provide service as we can.
